We hereby inform you that in accordance with the general conditions of the family protection policy of the deceased, you have requested the LEGAL ADMINISTRATION AND ADVICE IN EVENT OF DEATH SERVICE, and that you are acting as representative of the interested parties, and thus it is compulsory to transfer your data and data of any taxpayer or beneficiary, for the sole purpose of managing this service.

As provided for under REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016, we hereby inform you that your data and that of other taxpayers or beneficiaries will be included in a file called [Customers and/or suppliers] owned by MERIDIANO S.A. COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS with Tax ID no. [A18006296]. These data will be used for the sole purpose of providing the LEGAL ADMINISTRATION AND ADVICE IN EVENT OF DEATH SERVICES described in the General Conditions of the policy referred to.

You are also informed that at any point, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation or opposition to the processing of your data free of charge, as well as withdraw your consent or lodge a complaint with the Control Authority.
